m.30jili Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and m.30jili ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the m.30jili website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the m.30jili platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by m.30jili, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the m.30jili platform and close your account. Continued use of the Services following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the m.30jili platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not prohibited;

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the m.30jili platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.

m.30jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by m.30jili may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the m.30jili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. m.30jili is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m.30jili login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your m.30jili account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify m.30jili immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

m.30jili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

m.30jili is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence) and proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

m.30jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits to your m.30jili account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. m.30jili reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your verified account details;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds;
• m.30jili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the m.30jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

m.30jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise specified;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms;
• m.30jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings;
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account balance automatically.

All games available on the m.30jili platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those rules. The following general gameplay terms apply across all m.30jili games:

• Game outcomes for non-live games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that ensure fair and unpredictable results;
• Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, m.30jili will use server-side records to determine the outcome of any affected round. The Platform's records shall be the definitive source of truth in any dispute;
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. It is your responsibility to verify your bet amount before confirming;
• m.30jili reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or any other irregularity that may have affected the integrity of the game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m.30jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward m.30jili staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the m.30jili platform or its underlying software.

m.30jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the platform per session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the m.30jili platform.

To activate any of these tools, contact m.30jili customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the m.30jili platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of m.30jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the m.30jili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the m.30jili platform without prior written consent from m.30jili.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, m.30jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform;
• Interruption or cessation of the Services for any reason.

m.30jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your m.30jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude m.30jili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

m.30jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for breach, m.30jili reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Upon termination for any other reason, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable processing times and KYC requirements.

You may close your m.30jili account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to m.30jili's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Republic of the Philippines.

Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or other relevant regulatory authority.

m.30jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, m.30jili will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the m.30jili platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
